Honoring a Legacy of Conservation
The Tom Martine Endowment for Land Stewardship celebrates the vision and leadership of Tom Martine, a founding member of Colorado River Land Trust and lifelong advocate for Texas land and water.
From his role on the board of the Lower Colorado River Authority to placing his own TM Ranch under a conservation easement, Tom’s legacy is one of foresight, stewardship, and deep commitment to protecting the Hill Country for generations to come.

About the Fund
Gifts to the Tom Martine Endowment for Land Stewardship provide critical, lasting support for the mission of Colorado River Land Trust.
As an unrestricted endowment, this fund ensures that Colorado River Land Trust can continue to protect Texas’ land, water and way of life.
Spotlight: TM Ranch – A Conservation Legacy
Nestled along nearly half a mile of Cypress Creek, TM Ranch exemplifies Tom’s passion for land and wildlife stewardship. What began as 215 acres of overgrown land in Blanco County has, through four decades of restoration and careful management, become a premier destination for hunters, anglers, and conservationists alike.
Through a conservation easement with Colorado River Land Trust, TM Ranch’s scenic landscapes, abundant wildlife, and sporting traditions will remain protected forever.
